We are looking for a new talent within our IT department . The main responsibilities of this role include: Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automations following best practices and internal development standards. Translate business requirements and process documentation into robust and maintainable automation solutions. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure solution quality across the automation lifecycle. Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Process SMEs to identify automation opportunities. Build reusable components and frameworks to accelerate development. Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring within automations. Optimize existing automations for performance, reliability, and scalability. Support the migration of automations across environments. Troubleshoot production issues and provide Level 3 support. Contribute to global RPA strategy, design discussions, and best‑practice development. Monitoring of environment and ticket solving International cooperation within a global team Analyze, test and implementation of new technologies. 4+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience (REFramework, Orchestrator, Libraries, Queues, Triggers). Strong understanding of RPA concepts, architecture, and best practices. Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, and external systems. Proficiency in VB.NET, C# and Python within UiPath workflows. Knowledge of Process Mining, Document Understanding, or Action Center (nice to have). Experience working in Agile environments. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. UiPath certifications such as UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) are a strong advantage. Experience with other automation or low‑code tools (e.g., Power Apps, Mendix). Familiarity with containerization or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines or automation Ops processes (GitHUB, Jira). Ability to guide technical decisions and act as a subject-matter expert in RPA. Academic degree in software development or related field.
