About the role

Lead, develop, and implement automation projects in manufacturing processes, including scope definition, technical justification, coordination with suppliers/integrators, validation, startup, and results monitoring. Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Administration preferred. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent certification (preferred). Effective communication, complexity management, time management, and quality decision-making skills. PFMEA and Control Plan. Conversational English proficiency.
