- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UAT Manager, Test Manager, or Senior QA Lead in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing end-to-end UAT activities across multiple teams or enterprise programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with defect management and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, HP ALM).
- Ability to prioritize, manage risks, and coordinate multiple testing streams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of integrated systems testing and business process validation.
