See Yourself as a HOA and Tax Coordinator Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and processing HOA/Tax payments. These duties include accurate identification of tax authority and/or association requirements which include but are not limited to due dates, delinquency date, total amount due, and FC sale dates. See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities Monitoring and payment processing for property taxes on both a client and asset level Monitoring and payment processing for condo and/or homeowner associations on both a client and asset level Strict adherence to aggressive timelines and company/client guidelines Perform other duties as assigned or apparent. See the Job Specifications Your Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience: Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED Work Experience: 2 or more years of prior work-related experience Additional Qualifications: Requires 1-3 years payment processing experience in Accounts Payable, Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate. High School Diploma required, some college preferred. Knowledge of payment processing for property taxes or Homeowners Association helpful but not required. Real Estate/Mortgage servicing experience helpful but not required. Other Qualifications, including any special skills, capabilities, and competencies : Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and PowerPoint. High ethical standards. Motivated, positive, team player. Strong organization skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with outside vendors as well as co-workers. Ability to problem solve with little supervision, in a growing, expanding business.
