Job Scope Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students via walk-ins, phone calls, and WhatsApp enquiries Provide professional advice on courses, schedules, and programmes Assist with student registration, class scheduling, and enrolment arrangements Manage student attendance records and maintain accurate administrative documentation Handle payment collection and basic administrative coordination Support day-to-day centre operations to ensure smooth class execution Coordinate with teachers and internal teams on scheduling and classroom arrangements Build strong relationships with parents and students through responsive and customer-focused service
