Responsibilities
- Own Joint Business Plans for allocated Retail and Independent customers, including volume, mix, margin, ranging, and activation commitments
- Partner with Brand Management and Channel Activation to identify ranging, category expansion, and innovation opportunities aligned to customer and PPG priorities
- Provide accurate and timely inputs into the demand planning process, with disciplined integration of promotional activity
- Act as the primary point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Demand, Customer Service, and Logistics for allocated accounts
- Live the PPG Architectural Coatings values in all interactions, with a clear focus on ethics, customer outcomes, safety, teamwork, and accountability
- Support key customer events including expos, roadshows, and major in-store activations
Requirements
- Proven experience in National Account Management or senior account roles within retail, hardware, coatings, or adjacent categories
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver outcomes through influence rather than authority
- Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of margin, mix, trade investment, and profitability drivers
- Data-literate, with the ability to analyse sales, inventory, and performance trends and convert insight into action
- Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
