We are currently seeking a sharp, agile, and highly data-sensitive Trading Assistant to join our core trading desk.

Responsibilities

• As the operational backbone of the trading desk, you will work closely with senior traders and be deeply involved in every stage of the trade lifecycle:
• Trade Execution & Market Monitoring : Assist in the precise execution of multi-asset trading orders under senior supervision. Monitor real-time market screens, liquidity profiles, and algorithmic system statuses.
• Data Analytics & Strategy Support : Leverage analytical tools (Python, SQL, Advanced Excel) to clean historical market data, assist in strategy backtesting, perform P&L attribution analyses, and generate daily market/trading reports.
• Risk Management & Position Tracking : Monitor intraday trading positions, cash flows, and risk exposures in real-time. Ensure all trading activities strictly align with mandated risk parameters and escalate anomalies immediately.
• Middle & Back Office Coordination : Interface with operations, risk compliance, and clearing teams. Responsible for accurate trade booking, daily reconciliation, and swiftly resolving any trade breaks or settlement exceptions.

Requirements

• We are looking for a meticulous executor who also possesses a big-picture analytical mindset:
• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree or higher in Quantitative Finance, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or a highly analytical discipline.
• Technical Hard Skills :
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/VBA with a proven track record of data manipulation and modeling.
• Strong working knowledge of Python or SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and scripting is highly preferred.
• Core Competencies :
• Uncompromising Attention to Detail : Highly sensitive to numbers with a zero-tolerance mindset for operational slips (e.g., "fat-finger" errors).
