Responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of all core product lines; sell, service, and support both new and existing dealers and customers.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Typically 10 years of sales experience, ideally in concrete, urethane, or aggregate industries, with a proven track record of market expansion.
  • CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong ability to develop comprehensive sales plans, strategies, and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.

Durex, a division of Gerard Daniel Worldwide, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Product Manager to lead the marketing, distribution, and growth of our product portfolio across the North East region. This role is essential to driving revenue through dealer partners, OEMs, and direct customers, while working closely with manufacturing and executive leadership to achieve ambitious performance and growth objectives. The position also includes developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, leading and coaching the sales team, and expanding market presence through targeted channel development.
