Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Protects critical patient data and digital assets by managing threat detection, leading incident response, and ensuring regulatory compliance across hospital and clinic infrastructures
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation for security alerts (e.g., malware or phishing) targeting clinical systems. Manage security tools such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and firewalls.
• Conduct regular penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations. Ensure all infrastructure complies with healthcare regulatory frameworks (e.g., Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and Cybersecurity Act)
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) plans. Coordinate with IT audits and track security findings to resolution.
• Provide security advisory to application and infrastructure teams. Drive security awareness programs, training sessions, and phishing simulations for clinical and administrative staff.
• Requirement
• Min Diploma in in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or relevant
• Min 5 years of experience in n IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT/security operations in Healthcare industry
• Experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint administration, and identity and access management.
• Experience with cybersecurity operations, including patching, endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, MFA, vulnerability remediation, hardening, and incident support.
