AND 3 years of work experience? Preferred experience working with the VA and GI Bill programs or an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, or appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Advanced knowledge of automated tools applicable to management analysis including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint software. Knowledge and experience in fiscal operations related to budgeting, accounting, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue review, and reporting are important. Skill to communicate effectively orally and in writing with a variety of stakeholders. Skill to prepare presentations using related computer software and deliver presentations to various group sizes. Ability to plan and conduct program related inspections, meetings, liaison, conferences, and presentations is required. This position has been designated as a position of trust.
