Additional Information
Objective Develop new business in Industrial OEM customers especially in the field of Farm Equipment / Construction Equipment manufacturing in support of Axalta's high bake / low bake coatings portfolio. This will include the development of relation with potential new customers, Market mapping and winning of new business. Customer facing role by proper coordination of the activities with other functions (Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations & Supply Chain) and other business units in support of program/product strategies. Essential Functions - Develop new customers in Fram Equipment's & Construction Equipment's segment for liquid Industrial business in the said territory. - Development of sustainable relationships at different levels of OEM customer. - Implementation / Monitoring / Coordination of OEM related projects. - Conducting trials and establishing new products on customer line with the help of Technology team. - Adding New Product approvals at OEM Conducting / organizing various Trainings & audits at various Tier-1 vendors of OEM. Handling trouble shooting activities related to product & Colors through technical team
