Responsibilities

  • Analyze external market data and Total Rewards trends to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing existing programs or introducing new offerings
  • Administer Total Rewards programs and serve as a point of contact for internal customers while partnering with external vendors

  • What You Have:
  • Education/Experience: Degree or equivalent experience desired
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to define problems, evaluate alternatives, and determine root causes
  • Experience using tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools to interpret data and recommend solutions
  • Ability to identify trends, risks, and meaningful data patterns
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and reporting
  • Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and avoid unnecessary technical jargon
  • Skilled at giving and receiving feedback constructively
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated adaptability in communication and teamwork
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
  • Benefits Administration Knowledge: Understanding of employee benefits programs and administration processes
  • Ability to support implementation and maintenance of benefits programs, including prescription drug coverage

  • Prior experience working specifically with prescription benefit programs
  • Experience working with external vendors in a Total Rewards or benefits environment
  • Advanced data analysis experience or strong proficiency in Power BI or similar tools
  • Experience supporting compliance and governance in benefits programs
  • Summary Pay Range:
  • $89,210.00 - $133,810.00
  • Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
