Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and continuously improve business processes within the KVI Group, ensuring compliance with the KVI Process Management System (PMS) and ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.
  • Act as a trusted Business Partner to Global Process Owners (GPOs) and their support teams, providing expert guidance on process governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Plan and deliver internal training on the Process Management System, monitor process maturity using the KVI PMS maturity model, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Lead and participate in internal audits across the KVI Group, identify non-conformities, and drive root cause elimination through structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance initiatives, translating business process requirements into data definitions, hierarchies, and critical data elements in partnership with IT.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business process excellence or continuous improvement within a complex, matrixed organisation; industrial service background is a strong advantage.
  • Proven expertise in business process re-engineering and lean methodologies, with hands-on experience in lean/process deployment - this is a must.
  • Experience with Master Data Management and data governance (customer, supplier, product, finance), including operating models, data ownership, and data quality management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Systems), Business/Operations, or Information Systems/Computer Science; advanced BPM/Quality Management training is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German, Italian, French, or Slovak are a distinct advantage.
