Responsibilities

  • Lead the Health & Safety (H&S) program as the technical domain expert, with deep understanding of H&S requirements, including high-risk operations.

  • Qualifications / Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or technical equivalent); certified HSE professional (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CMIOSH, or equivalent).
  • 8+ years of senior HSE leadership across manufacturing or complex operations, with proven success in program development, compliance, risk reduction, and cultural transformation.
  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making and performance management, with demonstrated competency in Integrated Work Systems and/or Lean practices.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in a matrix environment and builds cross-functional alignment.
  • Results-driven and execution-focused, balancing strategic vision with practical delivery.
  • Confident communicator able to engage senior leaders, HSE professionals, and operational teams; additional language skills and Lean certification desirable.
  • Willing to travel up to 20%.
