At Novotel Sydney City Centre, we are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is the perfect opportunity for a night owl, who is guest obsessed, has an eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service. In this role you will: Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports. Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, clear information. Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations Step into the Night Manager role as required to support business operations, leading the hotel overnight and ensuring exceptional guest service and operational continuity. To be successful in this role, you will bring: A guest-obsessed focus with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The ability to navigate change and provide quick-thinking solutions when challenges arise. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Excel and OPERA Cloud. Availability to work 38 hours per week across weekdays, weekends and public holidays on overnight shifts. Valid Australian working rights. A current NSW RSA and First Aid & CPR Certificate, or a willingness to obtain these qualifications.
