- Available Day Roles (You will work 4 shifts in every 7-day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends)
- Shift Options:
- Daytime: 4:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Nighttime: 6:35 pm - 4:35 am
- Trade Roster - Receive your work roster a week in advance and be rewarded for your flexibility. You could earn up to £100 extra per month and be eligible for priority overtime.
- Core Roster - Plan your work life balance with our core roster. Receive your work pattern. 6-13 weeks in advance giving you bags of time to plan with your family and friends.
- Pay & Premiums
- Starting salary: £12.84 per hour (base pay shown - freezer premium added separately)
- Freezer premium + £1.00 per hour
- Night shift premium: + £2.67 per hour (12 am - 6 am).
- Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate.
