As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in pre-sales and Go to Market activities, working closely with clients to understand their business needs to craft compelling proposals that deliver business value. You will be the driving force behind creating cutting-edge, comprehensive and innovative solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CE + Contact Center, Power Platform and Copilot. You will collaborate and partner closely with our clients to design end-to-end solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible. This role demands a deep understanding of Microsoft capability and the ability to architect compelling solutions that meet our customers' business strategies. You will be responsible for architectural decisions ensuring solutions are compliant with industry regulations, standards and best practices. You will work closely with sales teams to highlight the business value of solutions, ensuring alignment with client strategies. Your responsibilities include delivering presentations, technical workshops and demos to explain complex concepts, responding to RF(x) requests with tailored solutions, developing compelling value propositions and creation of GTM solutions and marketing materials. You will need a deep understanding of Microsoft' technology landscapes to inform strategic recommendations and participate in strategic sales planning, ensuring IT initiatives meet both client and company goals. You will create solution documentation including architecture diagrams, scoping, pricing, implementation methodology to guide implementation, collaborate with capability teams to meet technical and business requirements, and manage risks to ensure designs comply with regulations. Additionally, you will provide governance during the delivery phase to maintain architectural integrity and alignment with the original design. You will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges and work closely with Microsoft and NCS practice capability teams to ensure solution alignment. You will clearly communicate architectural decisions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, maintain a professional presence in client-facing situations, and build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor. Subject Matter Expertise Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power Platform including AI, with a focus on delivering modern and scalable solutions. Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center and Omnichannel solutions Demonstrated experience and understanding in other Microsoft capabilities Lead the creation of comprehensive solutions that consider scalability, performance, security, and other relevant factors in collaboration with specialty practices. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Facilitate and run scoping workshops to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs. Contribute to the development and execution of pre-sales strategies. Creation of presentations, SOW's, WBS and pricing efforts for solutions Creation of GTM solutions and marketing material such as flyers and pitch decks Experience presenting at events, round tables and other marketing / solution specific events Master the art of the possible by learning to demo and effectively sell Solution Offerings. Shape and lead demonstrations that address clients' business problems. Innovatively solve client challenges through effective presentations. Craft the technical vision by mapping client requirements to Microsoft capabilities. Confidently present and articulate the business value of proposed solutions to business managers and executives. Build prototypes and proofs of concept (POC) to validate technical and solution decisions. Contribute to continuously improving intellectual property (IP) through creating reusable templates, sharing knowledge, and building reusable demos. Innovate and create new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking. Work directly with the marketing team on organisational initiatives. Estimate and design resourcing requirements for proposed solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence clients and stakeholders.
