Azure DevOps and Infra

Responsibilities

• DevOps & Automation: Design and manage CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps; automate infrastructure using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep .
• Orchestration: Deploy and scale containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using Docker and Helm.
• Infrastructure Management: Administer Azure resources (VMs, Networking, SQL) and design high-availability cloud architectures.
• Hybrid Connectivity: Configure VPN/ExpressRoute and integrate on-premises environments with Azure.
• Storage & Replication: Implement Azure File Sync for hybrid file sharing and storage management within CI/CD workflows.
• Security & Governance: Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) , RBAC, and firewalls (Palo Alto/Azure Firewall) to ensure ironclad compliance.
• Monitoring: Set up logging and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Grafana.
• Required Skills:
• Azure Core: Expert-level knowledge of Azure Administration (Compute, Storage, Networking).
• DevOps Stack: Hands-on with Azure Repos, Pipelines, and Artifacts.
• Containers: Strong experience in AKS , Docker, and Helm.
• Networking: Proficiency in hybrid setups, firewalls (Palo Alto preferred), and load balancing.
• Scripting: Skilled in PowerShell, Bash, or Python .
• Data/Storage: Experience with Azure File Sync and hybrid database connectivity.
• Good to Have:
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture and DevSecOps.
• Certifications: AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert), AZ-104 (Administrator Associate), or AZ-305 (Solutions Architect).
