Responsibilities

- Establishing and advancing the people analytics roadmap, including the use of AI, and ensuring a single, compliant, and high-quality view of workforce data

- Driving the Employee Value Proposition strategy, including research, benchmarking, and delivery of interventions to strengthen engagement and employer brand
- Leading, developing, and line managing a professional, capable, and engaged team to meet the needs of the business and customers

- Experience leading professional teams, building capability, setting direction, and creating a culture of pace, accountability, collaboration, and measurable impact
- A strong understanding of governance, risk management, control disciplines, and regulatory expectations in a first line environment
- The ability to work effectively with key business leaders to understand the bank's culture
- A solid foundation in HR data analytics, data science, or organisational psychology

Join us as Head of People Insights In this key role, you'll provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve employee experience, talent outcomes, and organisational effectiveness We'll look to you to act as a bridge between the People Function and the wider business, aligning people strategies with overall business priorities This is an opportunity to partner with senior leaders to embed evidence-based decision-making across the bank, driving more informed and effective business outcomes This role will be offered as a hybrid way of working, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office to collaborate with colleagues
