- Expert in Figma - components, variants, auto‑layout, prototyping, and working within a shared design system
- Expert in Photoshop - layer comps, smart objects, non‑destructive editing with adjustment layers and masks, layer styles, and clean asset export
- Openness to adopting new tools and AI‑assisted design workflows
- A team player: accountable, dependable, a strong communicator, and open to giving and receiving feedback
- A product mindset - understanding of product needs and goals, and a genuine passion for games and interfaces
- Advantage
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools in the design workflow (generative image and ideation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and eagerness to work within an AI‑assisted design pipeline
- Experience designing for social, multiplayer, or live‑ops‑driven games
- Motion / UI animation skills (After Effects or equivalent)
- Experience in working with Unity
