Requirements

• 5 years Laboratory - Required
• Certifications/Licensures:
• CLS Clinical Lab Scientist (MTA) - California Department of Public Health - Laboratory Field Services Branch - Required or
• Limited CLS may be accepted, if position in the applicable specialty
• Demonstrates ability and knowledge in area of expertise.
• Work Shift:
• 08.0 - 06:00 - 14:30 No Waive (United States of America)
• Pay Range:
• $71.69 - $96.78
• Hourly
• Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
• Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area .
• Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.

Job Description: The Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) Technical Specialist is a member of the Laboratory staff with demonstrated expertise in his/her designated section. The CLS Technical Specialist coordinates new test development, training, and technical functions in his/her section and specialty. Education: Bachelor of Science Biology or Bachelor of Science Biochemistry or Chemistry or Bachelor of Science Medical Laboratory Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science or Bachelor of Science Microbiology - Required
