Main responsibilities and tasks: Manage and partner with distributor On-Trade sales team to deliver commercial objectives for PRG Brands and gain share of market. Support the development & implementation of Dubai On Trade commercial strategy via negotiation, influence, and relationship building with key stakeholders. Proactively search and find new business opportunities in Dubai On Trade that align to the company's commercial and brand strategy objectives. Support the creation of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the market with SMART KPIs, as well as negotiating the RPVA Trade Marketing plans with each On Trade account, in partnership with the Trade Marketing team. Support the implementation of RPVA plans per customer to ensure flawless execution. Reach sales targets and defined sales KPIs. Build relationship with key influencers/decision makers within the distributor and On Trade customers based on trust, expertise, and reliability Maintain existing accounts and gain new accounts per priorities/objectives set, in respect of the allocated resources. Build profitable business models per account to ensure a win-win approach Co-create programs for outlets with support of Trade Marketing, Brand team and Brand Ambassadors to execute with the distributor team. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (A Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
