Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance & Inspection : Counter-check all processed items to ensure they are spotlessly clean, damage-free, and properly pressed before delivery.

  • Team Development : Train staff in LQA (Luxury Quality Assessment) standards and mentor the team on high-end textile care and spotting procedures.
  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience : A minimum of 3 years in luxury laundry operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Pre-opening experience is a critical requirement for this specific location.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in the Opera system and Microsoft Office. Deep knowledge of varied textiles, laundry chemicals, and stain removal techniques.
  • Education : Post-secondary education or a degree in Hospitality/Business Administration is preferred.
  • Core Attributes : Impeccable grooming, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a calm, gracious presence under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
