- Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience : A minimum of 3 years in luxury laundry operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Pre-opening experience is a critical requirement for this specific location.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in the Opera system and Microsoft Office. Deep knowledge of varied textiles, laundry chemicals, and stain removal techniques.
- Education : Post-secondary education or a degree in Hospitality/Business Administration is preferred.
- Core Attributes : Impeccable grooming, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a calm, gracious presence under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
