You ll be expected to think beyond screens and contribute to product direction.End-to-End DesignOwn the full design process from discovery and flows, through to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff. Ensure consistency, usability, and quality across all touchpoints.User ExperienceDesign intuitive, scalable experiences that simplify complex financial workflows and make advanced trading tools accessible to a wide range of users.Design SystemsContribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the platform.CollaborationWork in an agile environment alongside engineers and product teams to iterate quickly and deliver high-quality outcomes.What You Bring to the Table:At least 3 years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally within fintech, trading, or data-heavy platforms.Strong product thinking. Able to solve problems, not just design screens.Highly proficient in Figma, with experience working within and evolving design systems.Comfortable operating in a small team with high ownership and minimal hand-holding.Experience collaborating closely with developers and understanding technical constraints.Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate decisions.A sharp eye for detail, interaction design, and usability.Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.Highly autonomous work ethic, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve the product and design processes.
