🚐 Join Our Team -Eldercare & Medical Transport Driver (Island wide Locations) Are you someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in safe driving? We're looking for compassionate and responsible individuals to join our team as Eldercare & Medical Transport Drivers . 💼 Job Responsibilities Safely transport elderly clients between their homes and care centres Operate both solo Eldercare Van services and 2-person Medical Transport teams Assist frail elderly passengers when boarding and alighting vehicles Secure wheelchairs using vehicle locking systems (requires bending/kneeling) Ensure all passengers are properly strapped in with safety belts Operate auto-lifters for wheelchair access Plan efficient daily routes for client pick-ups and drop-offs Adhere strictly to traffic rules and speed limits 🎓 Training & Development Sponsored certification in First Aid Sponsored Defensive Driving Course ✅ Requirements Minimum GCE 'N' Level or Workplace Literacy & Numeracy Level 4 Valid Class 3 Driving License (min 3 years driving experience) BDVL Vocational Licence is required Defensive Driving certification (preferred but not mandatory) Caring personality with a passion for helping others Physically able to assist elderly passengers (including bending/kneeling) 🕒 Working Hours Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Eldercare Driver role) 💙 Why Join Us?
