Designers at VML are self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude who create in a variety of media - websites, social media, online advertising, mobile apps and more. They are responsible for taking the lead and driving projects from an execution standpoint and must have solid design and software knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually engaging presentations, pitch decks and other marketing materials.
- Conceptualize and design with interactive elements.
- Translate complex ideas and strategies into clear, concise and visually appealing designs.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all materials.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure visual and narrative alignment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up to date on the latest design trends and technologies.
- Pay strong attention to detail and process.
Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software (Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player, contributing positively to a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Editorial and/or print production experience is a plus!
