Are you an experienced and qualified Registered Manager with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and a passion for leading high-quality care for children and young people? If so, our client - a respected organisation in children's residential care - is seeking a confident and capable leader to manage one of their homes in Coalville. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will, Register as the Manager with Ofsted and maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations Provide strong, effective leadership to the care team Ensure that children receive the highest standard of care and support tailored to their individual needs Develop and oversee care plans, risk assessments and behaviour management strategies Manage staff recruitment, development, training, and performance Monitor and improve the quality of care through audits, reviews and feedback Liaise effectively with external agencies, including social workers, schools and healthcare providers Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with safeguarding and data protection standards Promote a positive and nurturing environment that helps children feel safe, valued and empowered
