The ideal candidate brings proficiency in CCC ONE estimating software, strong negotiation and time management skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional claims experience. National General Insurance is seeking an experienced Auto Field Adjuster to join our field estimating team supporting the Robeson, Columbus and Bladen Counties in North Carolina. This is a territory-based, field position , and candidates must reside within 30 miles of these counties. This role also plays a key part in supporting team success by being a team player, showing flexibility, participating in training, mentoring, quality control, and providing technical guidance on material damage claims. An active adjuster's license is preferred ; if not currently held, candidates must be willing to obtain licensure shortly after hire.
