As our Technical AI Delivery Manager, you'll oversee N2's expanding suite of artificial intelligence initiatives. Your responsibilities include identifying and leading a talented group of freelance experts while maintaining the operational excellence of our production-ready AI systems. Our lean AI unit operates with speed and agility, and you'll be the catalyst for our continued success. While this technical position does not require writing production-grade code, you must possess the ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical logic with precision. This role reports to our Director of AI & Growth Strategy and offers a fully remote environment with core working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls for your convenience. The salary is $80,000 annually with opportunities for growth and advancement. The Role in Action Build and manage a network of freelance AI specialists, identifying top talent and maintaining a strong bench of trusted contributors. Lead multiple AI projects from kickoff to launch, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery. Translate business needs into technical requirements and partner with engineering leaders to design scalable, effective solutions. Promote strong documentation and knowledge sharing to support team collaboration and long-term success. Monitor and support AI systems and automation workflows, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users. Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex challenges, providing clear context and recommendations for resolution. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful launches and adoption. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who will hit the ground running with: 3+ years of experience in technical project delivery, program management, AI operations, or a related field. Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar tools. Experience managing technical contractors, freelancers, or vendor partnerships to successfully deliver projects. Comfortable working with leading AI models and tools, including Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar technologies. Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear requirements and implementation plans. Understanding of AI systems, LLM integrations, automation workflows, and retrieval-based solutions. Experience using project and delivery management tools such as Monday.com, Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms. Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion. Skills and Qualities that Set You Apart: Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation workflows using tools like N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms. Experience working in Martech, Adtech, franchise operations, or other cross-functional environments that support sales and marketing teams. Ability to create clear, actionable technical requirements that successfully translate into delivered solutions. Experience building and managing a network of freelancers, contractors, or vendor partners while balancing project goals and budgets. Demonstrated curiosity and passion for AI through personal projects or professional experience using LLMs, AI agents, automation tools, or related technologies.
