Digital Product Owner (m/f/d) for AIRBUS

Responsibilities

• Translate Vision to Execution: Turn the Business Product Owner's customer service direction into clear, actionable technical delivery roadmaps for the Freshdesk platform
• Backlog Management: Own and manage the digital product backlog for Freshdesk, ensuring clear prioritization of features, omni-channel integrations, and system optimizations
• Lead Delivery Teams: Lead external and internal development teams to deliver predictable, high-quality releases, custom marketplace apps, and stable ticketing operations
• Optimize the Ecosystem: Drive the DevOps and administration setup for Freshdesk, including system monitoring, performance, SLA (Service Level Agreement) monitoring, and incident handling
• Workflow Automation: Design and implement best-in-class ticket routing, automation rules, custom agent interfaces, and self-service knowledge bases/widgets
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Solution Architects, UX/CX designers, Customer Support managers, Engineering teams, and Airbus IT counterparts
• Governance and Security: Ensure full adherence to Airbus CyberSecurity, GDPR (data retention/privacy), and internal data governance standards regarding customer support data
• Your Profile:
• Completed studies in project management, computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience in information systems, customer service and aerospace
• Knowledge of Jira is required
• Good knowledge in change management and project management
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Fluent English skills both spoken and written
