Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director to shape and evolve Drivers of Health strategy, including pilot design and prioritization

  • What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 8+ years of experience in related field.
  • In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Experience managing projects or portfolios with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Familiarity with drivers of health/social determinants of health initiatives
  • Bonus Points
  • Experience in health insurance, value-based care, or healthcare delivery models
  • Experience designing or managing pilots, innovation programs, or new product initiatives
  • People leadership experience, including direct management and team development
  • Strong business acumen, including understanding financial and operational tradeoffs

Job Description This role helps shape and execute the Drivers of Health portfolio covering social determinants of health such as transportation and food/nutrition. Responsible for translating strategy into effective pilots, strong business integration, and measurable learning that can succeed within real health care and insurance operating environments. Leads day-to-day execution of Drivers of Health work, directly manages team members and operates with significant autonomy in a highly matrixed environment. This role provides consistent leadership and proactive management of the Drivers of Health portfolio, anticipating risks and dependencies before they disrupt momentum.
