Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field (firm requirement).
- 8+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on high-craft visual design, typography, and complex layouts.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing generative AI tools as a collaborative partner in design pipelines (e.g., automated layout generation, rapid copy variation testing, or insight extraction).
- A world-class portfolio showcasing exceptional visual polish across both enterprise product portals and immersive marketing experiences.
- Deep expertise in Figma and Framer, including creating advanced variables, responsive components, and high-fidelity transitions.
- Proven experience designing and adapting interfaces across both iOS and Android platform guidelines.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional design initiatives and presenting directly to executive leadership or external clients.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI APIs or design-automation scripts to programmatically scale localized brand components.
- Experience designing partner portals, advertising dashboards, or highly transactional B2B platforms.
