Internal Sales Manager

About the role

As an Internal Sales Manager, you will lead by example, driving sales performance on the trade counter and customer ledgers whilst ensuring excellent customer service and supporting business objectives. Your leadership will help shape the team's success and contribute directly to the growth of the branch. You will be customer centric and a self-starter and enjoy developing the business through face to face and phone-based relationships, becoming the subject matter expert for your customers. Ideally you will have previous experience of managing and leading a team with a focus on developing and driving sales activity.
