Responsibilities

  • Vessel Design & Customization: Contribute to the full-lifecycle design of new 6-15 meter professional vessels. Re-engineer and adapt existing platforms to meet unique, high-performance operational requirements and seamlessly integrate mission-specific tactical equipment.

  • Technical Documentation & 3D Modeling: Build and manage detailed 3D CAD models of vessels and complex components. Produce precise engineering drawings for production pipelines, certification bodies, and prototyping/testing phases.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface directly with internal production, sales, and project management teams, and participate in technical reviews with external partners and maritime classification organizations.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a strictly related technical field.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD platforms (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, or CATIA).
  • Hands-on experience with specialized maritime analysis tools (e.g., HullScant, Maxsurf) and FEA software.
  • Solid grasp of international marine design standards (ISO 12215, ISO 12217).
  • Experience: Proven track record in small craft or boat design (ideally 6-15 meters). Experience developing specialized, mission-oriented, or commercial vessels is highly advantageous.
  • Languages: Full professional fluency in English is required. Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a valued asset but not mandatory.
  • Key Attributes: Exceptional analytical acumen, a strong eye for safety and regulatory compliance, and the ability to operate autonomously within a multidisciplinary, international framework.
