About the role

As a People Services Associate Advisor, you will help drive our goals by: Working with People Business Partners, local People Services Associate Advisors and Centres of Expertise to ensure smooth and consistent HR processes Serving as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, providing clear guidance on policy interpretation Supporting key HR areas such as payroll, Workday administration, performance management and absence management, escalating cases when needed Preparing/reviewing employee documentation as well as resolving individual employee queries on employment matters, terms and conditions, policies and best practice Delivering timely, reliable support to ensure consistent application of HR policies Key skills that will help you succeed in this role : Proven experience in the HR field, ideally within HR administration, operations or services role. A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation and work confidently across multiple geographies and cultures. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel. Tech‑savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Experience with Workday and case management systems is a strong plus. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Comfortable managing a broad variety of tasks with adaptability and professionalism. Comfortable working a 10:00 - 19:00 shift pattern.
