About the role

1. Live Streaming Sales - Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, or Instagram Live. - Introduce different flower products (e.g., bouquets, orchids, arrangements, seasonal flowers). - Demonstrate the appearance, freshness, and packaging of flowers during the live session. - Promote special offers, discounts, and bundle deals to increase sales. 2. Product Presentation - Explain flower varieties, meanings, care tips, and suitable occasions (birthday, anniversary, housewarming, etc.). - Highlight product features such as freshness, fragrance, color combinations, and design style. - Guide viewers to choose the right flowers for their needs. 3. Audience Interaction - Actively interact with viewers by answering questions in real time. - Encourage audience engagement through comments, likes, and shares. - Create a lively and friendly atmosphere to increase viewer retention. 4. Sales Conversion - Guide viewers on how to place orders during the live stream. - Use persuasive language to encourage purchases. - Achieve sales targets and conversion goals. 5. Live Stream Preparation - Prepare flower products and display arrangements before the live session. - Work with the team to plan live streaming scripts, themes, and promotions. - Ensure lighting, background, and camera setup are ready. 6. Post-Live Follow-Up - Review live stream performance and sales results. - Collect customer feedback and improve future live sessions. - Assist with order confirmation or customer inquiries if needed.
