You will develop solutions to technical problems, conduct tests and simulations to validate propulsion system performance, and document design processes, test results, and modifications for future reference. Additionally, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for propulsion systems and components, while staying updated with the latest advancements in propulsion engineering and applying new knowledge to ongoing projects. Participating in team meetings, you will contribute to project planning and progress discussions, as well as mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Clear communication of technical concepts and information, both verbally and in writing, will be essential to ensure collaboration and project success. Requirements

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
  • Typically 2+ years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of Propulsion Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with general guidance from senior engineers.
  • Clear verbal and written communication of technical concepts and information.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using engineering design software and tools such as CAD, FEA, or CFD.
  • Strong understanding of propulsion system components and their functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
