Experiences supporting reviews involving military organizations, command structures, or complex organizational environments, including familiarity with applicable programs, operations, and reporting requirements. Experience independently managing assigned projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion of tasks with minimal supervisory oversight. Experience preparing reports, memorandums, case files, correspondence, and other written products that clearly document findings, recommendations and supporting analysis. Experience utilizing effective oral and written communication skills to interact with leaderships, stakeholders, and personnel at various levels while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Experience analyzing information from multiple sources to identify trends, determine root causes, and develop recommendations for corrective actions or process improvements.
