Tester (Banking, East)

Responsibilities

• Project Management (Focus on Requirements Gathering/UAT Management and Execution)
• Assist with End to End Project/Program management and milestone management
• Assist with User Requirement Request, Reviews and documentations.
• Manage Root Cause Analysis on defects, as well as during identification of underlying problems.
• Drive/Manage/Execute UAT (including preparation of test case plan, test scripts, testing progress monitoring and status updates.
• Execute End User Training
• Follow DBS standards on Risk Management, Security and all Corporate Project Management methodologies
• Adhoc Tasks
• 1.Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting requests including BCC, STP Numbers for area of responsibility through dashboard and scorecards
• Perform Business holiday calendars checks
• Assist with DCFC Marcos updates
• Organize and co-ordinate people engagement activities such as EXSA Award, organizing WMO Team bonding Events etc
• Adhoc tasks as and when assigned.
• Requirement
• 2-3 years of relevant project management experience in Wealth Management.
• Hands-on experience with CMCP/Finacle/Avaloq/Workflow Systems is preferred.
• Able to conduct and facilitate requirements gathering session and proficient in creating clear/detailed user story.
• Hands-on experience in test case creation, scoping and performing UAT testing.
• Experience in creating presentation decks and comfortable with presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a positive working attitude.
• Ability to work and cope with pressure with accuracy and commitment.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various projects elements simultaneously.
• Fast Learner, systematic and meticulous with an eye for details.
• Highly Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint including macros
• Able to support project implementation/cut-over during weekends
