Requirements

• Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
• Should have knowledge of HP Nonstop/Tandem Guardian platform
• Passionate about the Software Implementation, Testing, Tools and Creative.
• Should have previous experience of leading BASE24eps Team.
• Experience with respect to test planning, execution and strategy.
• Drive the complete testing best practices across the organization, while governing control and ensuring objectives are established and achieved.
• Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the company.
• Able to work well in small, collaborative team and fast paced environment.
• Should possess strong working knowledge on EFT Switches especially BASE24-Classic and BASE24eps would be added advantage.
• Should have strong working knowledge on FINSIM scripting for SIT, Regression testing and Load Testing.
• Should have working knowledge of Base24 architecture and components as XPNET configuration, Device Handlers, Authorization processing, Host and Interchange management.
• Should have knowledge of VISA/Mastercard/CUP/AMEX/DINERS interfaces (both issuing and acquiring processing)
• Should have good knowledge in ISO 8583 message Specs
• Should have knowledge of Agile Environment and worked on tools like Jira.
• Experience: 2+ Years relevant work experience

Roles and Responsibilities: Drive the BASE24eps Projects strategically to deliver quality product. Understanding the Bank systems and preparing most accurate analyzed System Diagram, Transaction Flows, Banks switching business details. Installing BASE24-eps and Co-supporting applications in HA designed System Designing the Highly Available system Linux - RedHat, using Multiple Application server systems , Multiple Middleware (ICE-XS) systems , Multiple DB ( Oracle ) Systems. Ownership of the complete BASE24eps projects implementation until Production deployment. Should drive the projects from initiation phase to Production deployment. Asses the risk associated with the testing and establish risk mitigation plan. Should be able to assess and evaluate various tools/products perfectly suitable for NI environment for managing the Projects effectively. Ensure proper Processes are followed for quality delivery of the Project. Champion support in projects and developing a strong understanding of the projects impacting the BAU functionality thus ensuring quality delivery. Be accountable for complete System Integration Testing. Lead the BASE24eps projects Team situated across the globe. Should own the complete System Integration System/User Acceptance Testing Environment. Should be able to perform hands-on on BASE24eps, Simulators and other management tools like Jira, Confluence. Support testing in all phases during the project execution cycle. Work closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Research and evaluate alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
