What You'll Do Coordinate patient care activities and ensure high-quality nursing practice standards are maintained. Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families. Monitor patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and make critical decisions as needed. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Document and report clinical information accurately and timely. Valid nursing license. Proven nursing experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong organizational abilities. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced certifications are a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
