Fulfilment Executive

Responsibilities

• Monitor the platform regularly and compile a list of goods ready for collection.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm readiness for goods pickup.
• Work closely with the logistics administration team to ensure timely collection of goods.
• Verify collected goods and accurately update their status in the system.
• Ensure goods received at the office are verified and properly recorded.
• Mark collected goods appropriately in the system to maintain accurate tracking.
• Support the logistics team with quality checks (QC), barcoding, and shipment preparation.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with operational platforms.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic English proficiency (reading and writing).
• Knowledge of Gujarati (written and verbal) is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.

This role will be responsible for coordinating the collection of goods from suppliers, monitoring the platform for ready-to-collect items, and ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers and the internal logistics team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
