About the role

At Euronext, primarily based at Oslo Børs , you will lead Talent Acquisition and Onboarding across Norway, Sweden and Finland in a complex, matrix-based Nordic setup with multiple legal entities . This is a role for someone who thrives in cross-border stakeholder environments, regulatory frameworks and high-paced recruitment delivery , while also driving continuous improvement in TA and onboarding practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment processes end-to-end - across three Nordic countries , and multiple legal entities .
  • Partner with hiring managers across our locations and secure stakeholder management in our matrix organization
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience from attraction to onboarding
  • Drive and improve onboarding processes across entities
  • Navigate differing local regulations and ensure compliance in our recruitment practises
  • Collaborate with Nordic HR team to align and improve TA practices
  • Contribute to HR projects and cross-border initiatives
