Field Mechanic

About the role

Support the mechanical needs of projects throughout the greater Ohio area Perform diagnostic, trouble shooting and repair on a variety of heavy construction equipment Make equipment deliveries to projects as needed Be willing to travel and work weekends Commitment to following safe work practices Pass pre-employment testing and physical Believe in Continuous Improvement and Leadership programs Provide superior service to company and customer employees Possess basic tools of the trade Have a valid CDL class A in good standing Have working knowledge of automotive, diesel, hydraulics and electrical components Prior experience repairing heavy duty construction equipment An open mind towards new processes and systems An innate belief in doing things the right way A winning attitude, supportive personality traits, and objective mindset.
