- Coordinate alongside the Senior Admin with HR to support staff onboarding & offboarding process.
- Understand corporate policies and maintain essential administrative documents to ensure a comprehensive audit trial.
- Position Requirements
- Financial Services background a plus

- Versatility at being a sole contributor but also a strong team leader.
- Professional demeanor, particularly with clients calling and visiting our offices.
- Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment.

- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Demonstrate proficiency with technological tools.
- Qualification for Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professionals is a plus.
