Job Description Job Summary** As a Personal Banker at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding the bank's reputation for excellent service. Job Responsibilities** * Develop and manage a portfolio of individual customers, identifying their financial goals and offering appropriate banking products and services (e.g., deposits, loans, investments, insurance). * Proactively engage with customers through various channels (in-person, phone, digital) to deepen relationships and identify new business opportunities. * Provide personalized financial advice and solutions, explaining product features, benefits, and risks clearly and comprehensively. * Achieve individual and team sales targets for various banking products and services. * Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally, escalating issues when necessary. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to effectively advise customers. * Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities to drive business growth. * Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably as a Personal Banker or similar. * Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. * Results-oriented with a strong sales drive and ability to meet targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Fluency in Thai and good command of English (both written and spoken). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Possession of relevant financial licenses or certifications (e.g., Single License, Insurance License) will be an advantage.
