Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Recruiting: Takes the lead role as the programs recruiting coordinator with responsibility for recruiting prospective student-athletes to the Flag football program. NCAA Compliance: NCAA compliance oversight for student-athletes and staff Administration: Assists in organizing and managing team logistics, including travel arrangements and equipment. Fosters a positive and inclusive team environment. Flag Football Game Day Management: Assist head coach in overall game day operations
