Siemens Digital Industries is a leader in industrial automation and digitalization, driving the digital transformation in discrete and process industries (DI PA) together with our partners and customers. Our Process Automation Business Unit's Global Factory Network comprises seven mechatronics and electronics factories located in Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, and Romania, employing around 3,000 people. We are looking for a Head of Finance (f/m/d) for one of our production sites. In this role, you will oversee all commercial functions for a factory of approximately 800 employees, managing products at different business stages - growth, maturity, and refocusing. You will lead with focus and flexibility, driving change and challenging the status quo. Y**ou'll make an impact by** - Leading a production site commercially: Set clear targets, monitor early warning indicators, and implement local policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure robust financial management aligned with superior corporate strategy. This includes closing, forecasting, deviation analysis, and corrective actions. - Developing and empowering your leadership team: Foster agile transformation, digitalization, and a growth mindset, while co-creating and implementing a resilient, responsive, and profitable manufacturing setup. - Driving productivity improvements: Increase automation and support innovation initiatives to strengthen the site's competitive position. - Overseeing IT integration: Implement state-of-the-art IT solutions based on the DI architecture / Sherpa X ecosystem, as well as data-driven risk and asset management, ensuring compliance with global manufacturing network standards and local legal requirements. - Supporting organizational transformation within Finance: Challenge the status quo and collaborate effectively with synergy partners, business lines, and local departments (e.g., P&O, EHS, GBS, SCM, CF). - Engaging with labor representatives: Collaborate, inform, and negotiate on-site to ensure alignment and constructive engagement. - Embodying ethical leadership: Nurture high-performing teams, promote diversity, apply lean principles and analytical rigor for sustainable growth, and lead by example while maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and credibility with authorities, suppliers, partners, and employees. - Structuring complex content and processes: Make data-driven decisions, communicate clearly with different stakeholders, and demonstrate agility in thinking, openness to change, and continuous personal and professional development. **This is how you'll win us over** - \*\*Education:\*\* - Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree with extensive professional and leadership experience in finance or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment. - **Experience & Skills** - Proven experience as a manager in factory, manufacturing, or logistics operations, including performance controlling, accounting, commercial management, and ideally SFRG knowledge. - Authentic, future-oriented leadership: Communicate clearly, build strong relationships, challenge the status quo, and foster high-performing, diverse teams through coaching, empowerment, and leading by example. - Thrive in complex, fast-paced environments: Demonstrate agility, resilience, growth mindset, and lifelong learning, while maintaining the highest ethical standards, integrity, and credibility with peers, employees, authorities, and partners. - Deep expertise in controlling, lean management, SAP FICO, MM/PP, BI tools, and value flows. - Proven experience in leading organizations, driving change management, agile transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, grounded in lean philosophy, enabling structured and data-driven decision-making. - Ability to set clear targets, monitor early warning indicators, define corrective measures, and ensure compliance with cor
