Trading Executive - Agricultural Commodities - 3 - 5 Years’ Experience (CL-TR-01)

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand new markets and customer relationships across assigned regions
• Execute third-party trading activities from sourcing and negotiation through to deal closure
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, competitive activity, and broader industry developments
• Build a strong understanding of trade flows, product grades, origins, and market spreads
• Conduct supply and demand analysis to support trading strategies and commercial decision-making
• Leverage existing market relationships and industry networks to drive origination and business growth

Requirements

• Around 3-5 years of trading experience, ideally within agricultural commodities
• Proven ability to originate business and develop customer or supplier relationships
• Existing industry network or transferable book of contacts would be advantageous
• Strong commercial instincts, analytical ability, and comfort working with numbers and market data
• Good understanding of commodity market dynamics, pricing, and trade structures
• Willingness to travel across key markets as required
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work well within a team-oriented environment
• Strong alignment with the company's values, culture, and long-term growth mindset
