Product Designer

About the role

We are a design-led home decor brand focused on creating thoughtful, functional, and visually distinctive products for modern living spaces. Our work spans furniture, home accessories, soft furnishings, and lifestyle objects, with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, usability, and materiality. We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about interiors, design culture, and creating products that people genuinely enjoy living with.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop new home decor product concepts aligned with the brand's design direction
• Create sketches, mood boards, renders, CAD drawings, and technical specifications for production
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to develop prototypes and refine products
• Source materials, finishes, colours, and components suitable for both aesthetics and production requirements
• Ensure products meet functional, cost, quality, and packaging requirements
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and retail teams to ensure products are presented cohesively across all channels
• Review samples and production runs to maintain quality standards
• Stay updated on interior design, furniture, and lifestyle trends globally
• Assist with product cataloguing, naming, and collection development where necessary

Requirements

• Background in Product Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, or a related field
• Strong visual and design sensibility, particularly in interiors and home styling
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Rhino, Fusion 360, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or similar
• Ability to translate ideas from concept into production-ready products
• Good understanding of materials, manufacturing methods, and production constraints
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines
• Experience working with overseas suppliers or factories is a plus
• Photography, styling, or content creation skills are a bonus
